The Rebel Sculpture Society will be hosting their first ever Aluminum Pour Fundraiser on February 8th here at the Department of Art & Art History.
Resin bonded sand blocks will be ready to carve into and have aluminum poured into. All participants can leave with a one-of-a-kind aluminum tile. There will be the option of either a regular square tile or a heart shaped tile with Valentine’s Day approaching right around the corner. Forging demonstrations will occur during the down time of the aluminum pours, and sculpture students will be available for any questions.
